There have been a number of recent regulatory changes affecting the remuneration packages of financial firms subsequent to the financial crisis, making it increasingly important for financial services firms to find ways to attract and retain talent by offering an attractive work environment that allows them to deliver their best. A senior consultant from Aon Hewitt will provide insight into what constitutes such an environment and how successful firms have been able to achieve it.

Jee-Young Yang is a senior consultant in Aon Hewitt’s Global Strategy Consulting team in Tokyo and serves as the Engagement practice lead.
