Mark Plenderleith leads the energy, mining and infrastructure project finance practice in at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Asia. rHe advises project sponsors, commercial banks, governmental financial institutions, developers, infrastructure funds and private equity clients on multi-source cash-flow and reserve-based financings.  His expertise in oil & gas, mining and projects work includes greenfield construction and development, M&A of brownfield assets, joint-ventures, expansion financing, and reseve-based financing.
