The IBA is pleased to welcome Mr. Suto from Ernst & Young Shinnihon Tax to discuss recent developments in the tax system, in Japan and abroad, and their impact on foreign financial institutions. Specific focus will be on cross-border tax rules including, but not limited to, the Authorized OECD Approach (AOA), etc. Prior to joining Ernst & Young in October of 2012, Mr. Suto worked at Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities Co., Ltd., and at Arthur Andersen. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
