RECRUITMENT INTERVIEW SKILLS TRAINING
As requested by members, the IBA Secretariat organized a one-day training session on Recruitment Interview Skills. This training was open to all staff of IBA member firms and was targeted at Human Resources officers and line managers who interview candidates for recruitment.
A total of 19 IBA members participated in this training session.
