The IBA’s annual reception concluded the events of the evening. Nearly 180 people joined, including senior executives of member firms; senior regulators and private sector executives from the broader financial sector; and financial attachés and central bank representatives from major countries. FSA Commissioner Mikuniya and Mr. Takehiko Nakao, Director General of the MOF’s International Bureau, offered opening remarks. Once again, the reception proved to be an excellent opportunity for individuals from all sectors of the financial services community to discuss matters of common interest in an informal setting. |
