On August 21, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) released the revised Foreign Exchange Inspection Manual. The IBA is pleased to welcome the two guest speakers to give an overview of the changes. The revisions relate mainly to Exhibit 2 on asset freezing and were made largely in response to sanction measures against North Korea. The revised manual is now in force.
