The IBA is pleased to welcome two TOKYO AIM representatives who are closely involved in the launch and regulation of TOKYO AIM, and a UK lawyer who is an expert on the LSE’s AIM market on which parts of TOKYO AIM are modelled. Specifically, they will:

• provide an overview of TOKYO AIM;
• describe the admission process for interested companies; and
• discuss the role of the J-Nomad (Nominated Advisor) and measures to protect the Nomad.
