Jim Humphrey leads the Retirement & Benefits Consulting Practice for Hewitt Associates in the Asia-Pacific. He has been based in Tokyo since September 2004 and also holds the role of Representative Director in Japan. He is responsible for issues such as growth of the benefits practice, strategic direction, entry into new markets and services, and quality and thought leadership. Mr. Humphrey remains a client-facing consultant with a particular focus on actuarial and design projects in Japan, together with management of large or complex M&A and benefits harmonization projects in Asia. He is responsible for all aspects of Hewitt’s business in Japan.
