IBA events featuring updates from senior representatives of the SESC are always well attended by branch managers and other senior executives. This presentation should again be of high interest.

His core expertise is in the field of financial regulations for banks and securities markets, including the administration of the FSA’s onsite inspection programs. Most recently, as the FSA’s Director for International Financial Markets, he played a key role in formulating Japanese policy on securities regulations and accounting/audit issues in an international context, including IOSCO, IFIAR, and IFAC.
