The IBA Human Resources Information Forum (formerly the Personnel Information Forum) sponsored an open roundtable luncheon focusing on training and development for its members. Other topics included:

It was an excellent opportunity for HR personnel, especially those involved in HR training and development to discuss their current needs and to meet their colleagues in this off-the-record forum.
