UPDATE ON LABOR LAW ISSUES
(This presentation was conducted in Japanese.)
Guest Speaker: Mr. Kenichi Kojima, Partner, Ushijima & Partners LLP
A leading Japanese labor lawyer updated the Human Resources Information Forum in July.
As the Japanese economy has finally recovered and improved, labor and employment issues have become a major focus for the Human Resources Information Forum. Mr. Kojima returned to update our membership on the increasingly diverse and complex HR legal changes and challenges occurring in the Japanese marketplace.
Mr. Kenichi Kojima was born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1966. He graduated from Tokyo University with a LL.B. in 1991 and was educated at The Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan and was admitted to the Japanese bar in 1994. His professional activities include membership in the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
