Inspections – An Off-the-Record HR Roundtable Discussion

The IBA Human Resources Information Forum will hold its first open roundtable discussion of the year, focusing specifically on the topic of inspections. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals to discuss, informally and off-the-record, the impact of inspections (FSA, Labour Standards Bureau, MOF, NTA, etc) on HR divisions.
HR professionals who have been through an inspection of any kind were encouraged to share their experiences and provide insights into the process for their colleagues, while those who have not can learn both how to mitigate risks as well as how to prepare for such inspections.
