Mr. Hiroshi Matsuda from the Tokyo Citizen's Centre for Anti-Social Forces spoke on some of the common patterns seen in boryokudan efforts to extort or launder money. His talk touched upon:
• Steps you can take to effectively deal with any suspicious and/or difficult customers that come through your doors (both new and existing customers)
• How to obtain important information on anti-social forces
• How to prevent efforts by anti-social forces to launder money
Mr Hiroshi Matsuda, Managing Director of Tokyo Citizen's Centre for Anti-Social Forces, provides guidance to various administrative bodies and companies to help prevent undue claims from anti-social forces. He has held several prominent positions including Superintendent of Police, Detective Adjutant General, and Counselor for Criminal Investigations. He has been instrumental in solving numerous cases during his career as one of the top investigative officials of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department.
