According to US statistics, unauthorized computer access incidents rose 83% and loss of intellectual property rose 53% in 2005. Simultaneously, 2005 saw corporations fined tens of millions of dollars for failure to conduct timely e-Discovery activities. What can the modern corporation do to reduce its risk exposure? In this presentation, Richard Kershaw addressed the changing legislative and litigation environment surrounding end user data, the challenges in building an appropriate team, and common tools to assist the company in building appropriate forensic response.
